From the Saint Hippolyte terroir planted with the Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Muscat à petits grains, Pinot Auxerrois, Pinot Beurot, Muscat Blanc and Muscat Rose d’Alsace grape varieties.

We find in this wine a mineral and saline framework carried by a beautiful acidity.
