A rosé wine crafted from an unusual blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. This uncommon combination for a rosé wine from the Var region, however, results in a splendid rosé wine with a light hue and subtle ruby highlights. In terms of aromas, one can discern notes of red fruits such as strawberry and red currant. On the palate, this wine carries us towards citrusy flavors, notably pomelo.
The Domaine de la Gayolle, which has been cultivating vines since 1855, adheres to the charter of independent winemakers and produces wines labeled as HVE, thus demonstrating its commitment to environmental conservation.
