Château ALTA GAIA BLANC 2021 is a very beautifully crafted Bordeaux White Wine. It is composed of 2/3 Sauvignon Blanc and the remaining 1/3 Sauvignon Gris picked at full maturity at night in order to maintain freshness. Always to maintain freshness, vinification is done at low temperatures.
We therefore obtain a very beautiful, round, elegant white wine with clean and subtle aromas.
