Description
Château CHAMBERT-MARBUZET 2017 St ESTEPHE, this pretty wine from Saint-Estèphe covers 5 hectares and its close neighbors are the châteaux Le Crock and Phélan Ségur, it is classified Cru Bourgeois Supérieur and it is well deserved. It is generally made up of 70% CAbernet Sauvignon and 30% Merlot. From one vintage to another these % can be slightly modified, but it is generally this proportion of 2/3 cab sauv and 1/3 merlot which prevails.
This castle is part of the "galaxy" built in Saint Estèphe by the Duboscq family (Mc Carthy, Haut Marbuzet), it benefits from the know-how of the Duboscq family, destemming, long maceration, aging in wood with 1/3 new barrels each vintage.
You will therefore taste a wine with beautiful aromas of red fruits and delicate wood. the tannins are present and very elegant, it is the Duboscq style.
A very pleasant Saint Estèphe.
