Description

PARALLEL 50 Chardonnay White Wine from the heights of France. Unlike Azimut which was vinified at low temperatures, this Parallèle 50 is vinified at higher temperatures in order to promote the development of more aromatic complexity. Then, malolactic fermentation gives this beautiful white wine fullness, roundness and complexity. This is followed by short aging for a few months in oak barrels to perfect this Chardonnay white wine.

We therefore find a white wine with a beautiful brilliant golden yellow color. The nose expresses notes of brioche and liquorice. The palate is ample and offers candied citrus notes and a slight hint of vanilla. The finish is fresh marked by a nice touch of bitterness.

A beautiful white wine to pair with Scallops.
