Description

The Sphere de Gayda range highlights the intrinsic qualities of each grape variety and the diversity of the estate's terroirs.

This beautiful Viognier is first of all very surprising, you will find notes of fennel, then it is the notes of apricot and bergamot which take over. The second final nose also evokes quince and beeswax. As for surprises, the palate is not left out since it offers notes of white flowers, lime and citrus zest. The finish is slightly bitter.
