UBY is a winegrowing estate established in Gascony in south-west France since 1956. The estate covers just over 120 hectares of vines, mainly white wine varieties. For some years now, UBY has been cultivating its vines in an environmentally-friendly way, using more sustainable techniques. The estate's wines are renowned for their freshness, fruitiness and liveliness.

UBY Collection Unique White

This white wine from Gascony is blended from colombard, ugni blanc and gros manseng. On the nose, the UBY Collection offers aromas of white flowers, citrus fruit and exotic fruit. On the palate, the blend of 3 grape varieties creates a balance between liveliness, acidity and freshness. The flavours on the palate are surprisingly pleasant, with the acidity of citrus fruit and the sweetness of tropical fruit. Uby collection unique blanc can be enjoyed as an aperitif, with fresh cheeses, salads, seafood or fish.
