Description

Château BOUSCASSE 2018 Les JARDINS PHILOSOPHIQUES by Alain BRUMONT, a dry and fruity white wine from the South West. This Pacherenc-du-Vic-Bilh Sec comes from the Petit Courbu and Petit Manseng grape varieties, it is vinified in vats after slow pressing. To maintain the freshness of the fruit, fermentation temperatures do not exceed 18° and aging is done on the lees with regular stirring to give flavor and body to this beautiful white wine.

The color is a beautiful light yellow, the nose offers fruity and floral notes. In the mouth you will appreciate the fat and creaminess, the liveliness, the minerality, the freshness and the notes of exotic fruits. A superb white wine!!
