Sacha Lichine founded Château d'Esclans in 2006 in the Côtes de Provence region. Château d'Escales is best known for its famous Whispering Angel rosé. The estate is set on 267 hectares of land, most of which is dedicated to wine production, with different grape varieties used for the rosés: grenache, cinsault, vermentino, syrah and tibouren.
Whispering Angel is a rosé wine produced in the Côtes de Provence in the south of France by Château d'Esclant. This rosé is a blend of 5 different grape varieties: grenache, cinsault, vermentino, syrah and tibouren. This rosé wine reveals many aromas of fresh fruit and flowers, giving it freshness, balance, fruit and a hint of acidity on the finish. Whispering Angel is the benchmark for Provence rosés the world over. You can enjoy this festival rosé as an aperitif, with seafood, salads, poultry or grilled meats.
