This 18-year-old JURA single malt, produced on the island of Jura in the Highlands, is characterised by its aromas of cinnamon, caramel and spices, as well as notes of exotic fruit. On the nose, it reveals warm, spicy scents of cinnamon and toffee, accompanied by notes of exotic fruit that add a touch of freshness. On the palate, it reveals flavours of coffee, cherry and chocolate, with a long, balanced finish. The coffee and cherry flavours dominate, giving a sensation of richness and depth. Chocolate notes add a touch of sweetness.
The Jura distillery, located on the Isle of Jura in the Scottish Highlands, was founded in 1810.
