Whiskey Guillon Single Malt Finish Strong Peat 70cl The spirit of Malt from the mountain of Reims, an enchantment for all lovers of whiskey. Nestled in the heart of a national forest in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of the assembly of Reims, distillery Guillon produces since 1997 a malt-based spirit drink with unique and incomparable taste. The source of pure water that springs up on the estate, the double distillation of which only the heating heart is conserved and aging in oak barrels from the most emblematic French vineyards gives the Spirit of Malt subtle and complex aromas that delight lovers. Leveraging his oenologist skills and distilling experience, his creator Thierry Guillon has managed to make a name for himself in the land of bubbles by developing an original and elegant product, both traditional and innovative. The strong peaty finish is matured on the basis of Cuvée 42 aged a few more years in white burgundy barrels, the peaty note is obtained by smoking malt with peat before fermentation. Its robe is dark enough, to the tasting there are aromas of undergrowth, mushrooms and smoked. It offers a good length in the mouth, with a rather dry finish.
