Whiskey Guillon Single Malt Cuvée 46 Maury Fisnish 70cl The Malt spirit of the mountain of Reims, an enchantment for all whiskey lovers. Nestled in the heart of a national forest in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of the assembly of Reims, distillery Guillon produces since 1997 a malt-based spirit drink with unique and incomparable taste. The source of pure water that springs up on the estate, the double distillation of which only the heating heart is conserved and aging in oak barrels from the most emblematic French vineyards gives the Spirit of Malt subtle and complex aromas that delight lovers. Leveraging his oenologist skills and distilling experience, his creator Thierry Guillon has managed to make a name for himself in the land of bubbles by developing an original and elegant product, both traditional and innovative. The vintage 46 is matured in barrels of Maury (Domaine des Vents) for the last months of finishing after aging in white Burgundy barrels. Its robe is amber with dark red hues, we appreciate in the mouth a rather fruity and round attack. It is a complex but easily accessible product that develops aromas of red fruits, caramel, plum, with a long and round finish.
