Description

The robe of this Bourbon Single Barrel Evan Williams put in oak in is medium amber, the nose evokes notes of cinnamon, caramel and pecan and citrus. The nose is well balanced between sweetness and spices. The mouth of this Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey produced by the Heaven Hill distillery is a successful combination of honey, vanilla and then pecan, orange zest and then cinnamon on the finish. It is one of the great successes of master distiller Parker Beam who uses the same strain of ferments introduced into the distillery in 1935 by his grandfather.
