Description
Bourgogne ALIGOTE BUISSONIER by the Vignerons de BUXY. This white Burgundy wine is pale gold in colour, with brilliant reflections. The nose of this Aligoté from the Cave de Buxy evokes notes of flowers and fresh fruit. On the palate, a slight acidity gives way to a lovely intensity of white flowers and hazelnuts. Bourgogne Aligoté is made entirely from the Aligoté grape variety. This Bourgogne Aligoté Buxy is vinified entirely in stainless steel vats to preserve its freshness and liveliness. The vines are located at the bottom of slopes where the soil is covered with stone scree, which allows the grapes to reach a good level of ripeness as the stones absorb heat during the day and give it back to the vines at night. This white wine is used to make the famous Kir à la crème de cassis.
