Description
Since 1923, Vedrenne, based in Nuits-Saint-Georges, has been renowned for its expertise in making high-quality liqueurs. Vedrenne Rhubarb Liqueur is made from an infusion of red rhubarb, where the stems are carefully cut into small pieces to help extract the aromas. This traditional method gives the liqueur a brilliant orange-red colour. On the nose, it gives off authentic aromas of freshly picked rhubarb, reminiscent of spring gardens. On the palate, the liqueur reveals a gourmet flavour of cooked and stewed rhubarb, offering a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. With an alcohol content of 20%, this liqueur is ideal for creating refined cocktails or can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, to fully appreciate its aromatic richness.
