The company Noyau de Vernon, was created at the beginning of the last century by the Thuillier family. It then merged with that of Noyau de Poissy into the company Noyaux de France. Le Noyau de Vernon is a liquor that has its roots on the banks of the Seine, in the time of cherry orchards, renowned for its delicious scent of almond and cherry. Delicious pure, hit or on ice, it goes wonderfully well in baking.
