Description
Uby is a family wine estate located in the Côtes de Gascogne in south-west France. This family estate has existed since 1956 and belongs to the Baumann family, renowned and copied in the wine world. Uby is established on 100 hectares of vines in property with a multitudes of type of vines cultivated to work out the broad range of at UBY (in red, out of white, out of rosé, out of sparkling wine).
UBY Rosé is made from several grape varieties, including Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Tannat. This blend of 3 grape varieties brings specific characteristics to the wine, including aromas of fresh red fruit, flowers and black fruit such as cherry. Uby rosé is perfect with summer salads, aperitifs with friends, pizzas, light dishes or grilled meats. Uby rosé is available in practical 5-litre cubes.
