Domaine Uby is located in the Côtes de Gascogne region of south-west France. Uby has been in existence since 1956 and is owned by the Baumann family, who are renowned in the region and throughout France for their white and rosé wines. The estate grows a number of local grape varieties, including colombard, uni blanc, gros manseng, sauvignon blanc, merlot, cabernet sauvignon and tanat, over an area of around 100 hectares.

Uby presents its dry white wine blended from colombard, ugni blanc, gros menseng and sauvignon blanc. This wine, sold in 5-litre BIBs, has a citrus, white flower and exotic fruit flavour with liveliness and freshness on the palate.
