What does this UBY CUB Red Wine taste like?
This wine is a lovely red colour, both fruity and round. It comes from the south-west of France (IGP Côtes de Gascogne), from the great Uby estate, with a blend of Tannat and Merlot grapes. On the palate, the tannins are supple and well-coated, with a lovely freshness. It goes very well with red meat, poultry and cheese.
