The famous Domaine UBY

Since 1956, UBY has been a well-known wine estate in the Côtes de Gascogne region of France, owned by the Baumann family. Today, the winery covers more than 100 hectares of cultivated vines. Uby mainly grows white wine varieties such as Uni blanc, colombard, sauvignon blanc and gros menseng, as well as red wine varieties such as merlot, tanat and cabernet sauvignon.

UBY Pétillant 002

UBY 002 will surprise you with its fine bubbles and aromas of white flowers, intense passion fruit and citrus fruits such as grapefruit and lemon. UBY 002 pétillant can easily be enjoyed as a convivial aperitif, with a festive dessert or with a meal based on fish and seafood.
