La Trappe Quadrupel
Trappe Quadrupel has undergone quadruple fermentation, which makes it complex and strong, with 10 degrees of alcohol, hence its name. This beer from the Netherlands has an attractive amber colour, with notes of malts and caramel on the palate and a slightly sweet finish. You'll also find aromas of figs, cherries and prunes, as well as gingerbread. Pair this quadruple Trappist beer with meats, strong cheeses, game or an aperitif.
