Description
The Petit Toqué Rouge LIMOUX wine is a blend of Merlot, Syrah, Cabernets and Grenache with an intense robe. The nose of this red Limoux wine reveals delicious notes of candied black fruit of cherry, vanilla and spices. Manual harvest, cold pre-fermentation maceration for 5 days, fermentation for 3 to 4 weeks, 20% aged in new barrels for 12 months for this red Limoux wine. Considered the second of the Occursus cuvée from Toques et Clochers.
