This wine has a beautiful, significant colour with purplish-pink highlights. On the nose, it is very fruity, mainly composed of red fruit. On the palate, it is beautifully supple, round and very fresh, with delicious fruity notes. Just what you need to fly over the Périgord.
Discover the Barde family
Owners of the famous Château le Raz since 1958. However, their presence in the region can be traced back to the 13th century. Their aim is simple: to be consistent, to offer quality and to do a job well done. Today, the vines are planted with the best grape varieties, while respecting the environment.
The vineyards of Château le Raz
Some of these vines can enjoy IGP Périgord, AOC Montravel and also Bergerac. 32 hectares of vines are red (60% Merlot, and the remaining 40% Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec) and 28 hectares white (70% Sauvignon, the rest Semillon and Muscadelle).
