The white represents only 3% of the production of the Tempier wine estate.The terroirs used are exposed to limited sunshine which generates slow ripening and allows to keep an amazing mineral and aromatic freshness marked by the white flower and citrus fruits. used for this Tempier white bandol are Clairette, Bourboulenc and Ugni blanc. The Tempier family has managed the domain since 1834, The Tempier domain is located in the heart of the Bandol appellation, the 38 hectares of the Tempier domain are on several plots. The most beautiful terroirs of the Tempier domain are: La Migoua in Beausset-Vieux, the Tourtine and Cabassaou at Castellet and the country house at Plan du Castellet.
