Description
This TALISKER The Wild Explorador SPECIAL RELEASE 2023 single malt whiskey here in a 20 cl bottle is a blend of different Talisker single malts having benefited from different finishes, the central theme of which is Port. Finished in Tawny Port, White Port and Ruby Port barrels. On the nose we find notes of dried fruits including dates and sultana grapes associated with salty and iodized notes. Slightly sweet and fruity on the palate. The palate then turns to saline notes and the finish is spicy marked by peppery notes.
