This plant is grown on the Île de Ré. We therefore also find iodized notes in this Pastis thanks to the influence of the Atlantic Ocean.

The other ingredients that go into the composition of this pastis are pure organic alcohol, unrefined cane sugar, natural liquorice extract, a bouquet of aromatic plants from the Île de Ré kept secret.
