Description
SHISO GIN BIRDIE, Gin with SHISO leaf composed by Birdie located near Lille. This Gin is inspired by Japanese flavors for this version.
Indeed this Birdie Shisho Gin is of course composed of juniper berries, but also coriander, Tasmanian berries, hibiscus flower and lemongrass and of course Shisho leaves, this leaf known in France under the name of Perilla is from the mint and thyme family.
The nose is marked by the vegetal notes brought by Shiso leaves. These notes are found on the palate with the addition of fruity notes brought by hibiscus flowers and lemongrass.
