Description
ORIGINAL SEASON Rum 70 cl Blend of Rums from Barbados, Trinidad and Jamaica selected by Jérôme TESSENDIER, a big name among the cellar masters of the Cognac region.
These rums will first age in their original terroirs 5 years in white American oak barrels before reaching the banks of the Charentes in the Cognacs region. Mr Tessendier will seek a balance between several characteristics of these 3 origins of rums, such as power and finesse of aromas of fruits, spices and flowers.
The blend thus decided by Mr Tessendier is then left to age for 9 months in old French oak barrels in cellars along the Charente.
This last step gives this delicious rum a light patina reminiscent of Cognac.
