In the mouth this sherry is very dry and reminds of the savagnin of young jura wines. To drink accompanied by fish-based tapas, seafood. These wines are not to be kept and are drunk when young.

It is produced from the Palomino grape variety and comes from the Bodega Pagos Carrascal y Macharnudo.
