ARDBEG Whiskey 13 Years ANTHOLOGY The Harpy's Tale 70 cl Limited Edition. This version is the first in a series of 3 whiskeys, finished in very rare casks. This edition is the result of finishing in bourbon barrels then in Sauternes barrels.
When tasting, you will discover notes of green olive oil, wood, coriander, sage, then lemon zest and finally notes of crème brûlée. On the palate we find notes of wood, molasses and anise, then apricots and roasted peaches. The finish is particularly long with notes of coconut and spicy notes of cardamom and cumin.
