Vodka POLUGAR N°3 CARAWAY. Caraway bread is a rye bread flavoured with cumin, and is very popular in Eastern European countries, particularly Poland. To recreate this very special taste in a vodka, it is made from rye to which cumin and coriander are added before the third distillation.
The nose of this Polish vodka reveals notes of caraway bread, otherwise known as Borodinsky bread. Notes of dried herbs, spices, pepper, cumin and prunes. On the palate, there are hints of spice, rye pepper and cumin.
