Old Armagnac from the House of Delord Vintage 1964

The history of Delord dates back to 1893, when the company's cellar master decided to transform white wine into Armagnac using a still. In 1932, Gaston and Georges created the Delord armagnac house, and their bas armagnacs were subsequently sold as far afield as the United States. The estate is still family-run, with 75 hectares of vines, most of which are farmed organically.

Armagnac is the oldest eau de vie in France, and is generally drunk at the end of a meal as a digestive.
