Normandy Dry Gin by Franc Tireur. On the nose, you will appreciate the botanical and fruity notes, including juniper berry and apple, followed by cardamom and hints of coriander and pepper. This Normandy Dry Gin has a very subtle sweetness despite not having a gram of sugar added in the recipe. The palate is rounded, and the flavors of juniper berry, cardamom, and coriander are confirmed. The finish is pleasantly peppery.
