Description

RHUM JM Epices Créoles is a 3 year old agricultural rum aged in French and American oak casks which were toasted in different ways. The l'Atelier des Rhums de JM series shows that toasting a cask allows different aromas to develop, depending on the toasting techniques and time used. This version favours spicy aromas.

So in this rum you'll love the nose marked by notes of vanilla pod, honey and wood. The second nose brings notes of gingerbread with a more pronounced hint of ginger and nutmeg. On the palate, the spicy notes assert themselves (cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg and pepper), and the finish also evokes a hint of smoke and then a touch of pepper.
