Whiskey EXCELLENCY CLUB Cognac Cask Finish, it is a whiskey from the southern Highlands which has aged in Bourbon barrels then in barrels containing Cognac Fougerat. The Gorilla qi on the label evokes a gentleman's club which had a gorilla as a mascot in order to signify the spirit of non-conformism which animated this club. It's exactly the same for this malt whiskey.
You will taste a blended malt whiskey with a beautiful amber-gold color, the nose is marked by notes of fine malt but also notes of honey, white flowers and cooked apple. the finish confirms this fruity and spicy aspect.
