Blended MALT Whiskey over 8 YEARS SRV5 by THOMPSON Brothers.
SRV5 stands for Station Road Vatted No. 5, a selection of single malts from the North Highlands, Islay and Speyside all of these whiskeys being over 8 years old.
The nose evokes fruits including melon, apricot and green apple, then notes of citrus fruits such as lime and bitter grapefruit. Then, little by little, notes of fine peat and iodine appear.
On the palate we find melon, notes of ripe banana and citrus fruits. the finish is round and marked by vegetal and smoky notes.
