Description
AULTMORE Whiskey 2009 by THOMPSON Brothers. Single Malt Whiskey distilled on May 27, 2009, it spent 13 years in ex red wine barrels before being bottled in August 2022. 285 bottles were drawn from this unique barrel.
The color is a beautiful light ruby color. the nose evokes cooked or jammed red fruits, sweet spices like cinnamon but also pineapple and plums. On the palate, red fruits reign supreme at first, then notes of spices and wood return. The finish is long and spicy.
