Whiskey distilled on January 1, 2019, then bottled on July 27, 2022.
We have bottle 42 from barrel 1247.
The Milk & Honey distillery was created by Gal and Lital Kalkshtein. The distillery is in Tel Aviv, the very hot climatic zone is one of the important factors in the choice of aging methods for whiskeys which benefit from rapid maturation. The share of angels is greater there than in Scotland. It takes between 9 and 11% in Tel Aviv but on the shores of the Dead Sea you can even reach the incredible annual rate of 25% by angels.
