Single Cask Whiskey CHAPTER 7 MONOLOGUE Highland Distillery 7 years old very peated. This single cask from the Isle of Mull was distilled in November 2014 and bottled in May 2022. Only 308 bottles of this magnificent single malt were produced.

Description
Whiskey Single Cask CHAPTER 7 MONOLOGUE Highland Distillery7 years Heavily Peated. The signature of this great distillery on the Isle of Mull is the mastery of peat. This is what we find in this single malt from a single barrel. Only 308 bottles came from this barrel.
The nose is powerful and complex. The notes of smoke and peat combine ideally. Vegetal notes are added harmoniously to this ensemble, then notes of orchard fruits appear. The palate is powerful, marked by peat and roasted notes including raw cocoa and also vanilla. The finish offers notes of smoke, blond tobacco and salted butter caramel.
Monologue offers whiskeys from a single cask (Single Casks), Anecdote the unexpected blend of several casks, Chronicle illustrates the weight of time which causes the flavors of a whiskey to evolve and finally Prologue is the blend of Single Malts from Bourbon casks from the Highlands and Speyside.
