Description
This Rhum SAINT JAMES les ÉPHÉMÈRES N5°5 Brut de Fût 2005 Rhum Hors d'Age was only produced in 5006 copies.
This fabulous agricultural rum from Martinique offers a beautiful intense amber color. The nose is full of aromas of tropical flowers and dried fruits including nuts. The vanilla is also undoubtedly there. These impressions are confirmed on the palate, to which are added notes of cocoa, very ripe fruit and spices.
The barrels have not been rusted during these 16 years, the rum has not been reduced during bottling.
