Description
This PERE LABAT Clos Parcellaire Les MANGLES rum is made from purple sugar cane. This white agricultural rum from Marie Galante in Guadeloupe offers superb notes of vanilla and exotic fruit on the nose. The palate is reminiscent of fresh cane juice, followed by light smoky and spicy notes. The finish reveals a hint of burnt rubber, reminiscent of Clairin, a Haitian rum made by hand in a still heated directly over an open fire.
