Description
KI NO BI Dry Japanese Gin from KYOTO, this gin is distilled by The Kyoto Company, the only distillery entirely dedicated to gin in Japan.
The alcohol base for this gin is rice alcohol, and you'll find up to 11 botanicals in this premium gin. The main botanicals are juniper berries, iris root and Hinoki, a variety of Japanese cedar. This gin also includes citrus fruits (yuzu, lemon), ginger and tea.
The result is a very interesting, well-balanced gin, with all the flavour families clearly distinguishable, and a slightly spicy, particularly long finish.
