Description

All of House of McCallum's finishing expertise is reflected in this very fine rum produced in the Indian Ocean. Antony McCallum has taken a new approach to the ageing of rums in port casks. As usual, everything is bottled in its natural colour and without cold filtration.

On tasting, you'll enjoy notes of aniseed, coffee and salted butter caramel. On the palate you'll find finely sweet notes of marmalade and black fruit. The finish is soft and fruity, leaning towards notes of candied citrus fruit.
