Description

The PERTUIS Whiskey Pure Malt 70 cl Whiskey finished on Island of  Ré. This whiskey was distilled in Scotland, spent 5 years there, then it is skated for 3 to 6 months in barrels that have contained Bourbon, Pineau de Charentes and Cognac. At the end of this finishing phase, it is assembled in its final version. These finishes take place on the Île de Ré. The barrels are then exposed to the spray, which gives the final whiskey slightly iodized notes, which complete the fruity, floral and slightly smoky character of this atypical Pure Malt.
