CHANCENY's Vouvray Tête de Cuvée Demi-Sec Excellence is made from Chenin grapes.
Chenin Blanc gives this sparkling Vouvray its finesse and elegance. The nose is marked by notes of grilled almonds, dried fruit and exotic fruit. The palate is balanced by light notes of lime and pear.
This head of the Demi-Sec cuvée comes from the first press and has been aged on laths for 24 months. This is a product with an exceptional price/pleasure ratio. The Cave des Producteurs de Vouvray was founded in 1953 and now manages 400 hectares of vines throughout the appellation.
