Champagne Brut Serveux Carte d'Or
The Serveaux Champagne House was founded by Eugène Serveaux in 1923, and is now run by his grandson, Emanuel Serveaux. Serveaux has limited production and concentrates on the quality of its champagnes, using traditional ageing methods. The Carte d'Or cuvée is one of Serveaux's flagship champagnes, a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. After the harvest, the grapes are pressed directly and then aged for 2 or 3 years in the Serveaux cellars.

Visually, this champagne has a lovely golden yellow colour, and on the nose, aromas of apple and pear emerge with plenty of freshness. On the palate, it is as lively and fresh as the nose, with a light, well-balanced acidity on the finish. This cuvée is perfect for special occasions, family meals, aperitifs with friends...
