This white sancerre has the specificity of being vinified from sauvignon harvested at maturity a little more advanced than usual. this subtlety gives a sancerre always mineral (that is the soil that speaks) and also marked by notes of exotic fruits, which is less usual in Sancerre.

Did you know that each stage of winemaking takes place by gravity, the use of lifting pumps is almost non-existent in this family which has been operating in Sancerre for 10 generations.
