Zacapa XO Centenario Solera Gran Reserva Especial Guatemalan Rum.This limited edition Zacapa XO Rum is made from rums aged 6 years to 20 years, with a 2 year old cognac barrel finish. The nose of this zacapa xo is marked by notes of caramel and plantain, on the palate, it confirms its notes of caramel but also of exotic fruits and vanilla and the finish reveals a note of lime. The Zacapa rum is in Guatemala, Zacapa has 3 particularities that make Zacapa Rums so complex. Zacapa uses the nectar from cane juice, Zacapa Ron Rhum uses yeasts extracted from pineapple for fermentation and Zacapa raises rum to over 2300m above sea level. The barrels used for refining are old bourbon barrels, Spanish sherry and European wine.
