Trois Rivières is a French distillery located in Martinique on one of the Caribbean islands. The birth of the Trois Rivières distillery dates back to the 18th century in 1660 with the aim of producing quality agricultural rums. The distillery produces exclusively agricultural rums from freshly harvested sugar cane, which makes the rums of better quality. The method is to press the fresh sugar cane to extract the juice, which is then fermented and distilled. This distillate is then aged in oak barrels, with special finishes depending on the rum required.
