Its history and production

This magnificent estate, crossed by three rivers in the middle of sugar cane fields, gave its name to the Martinique rum distillery. This agricultural rum has been matured for over 8 months in whisky casks to produce this limited edition of 6,000 bottles.

Tasting

This old amber-coloured rum releases notes of ripe fruit and malted grains on the nose. On the palate, it is spicy and woody, with a hint of ripe fruit. The finish is remarkably long.
